  • Hello friends.

I've gotten good responses from a lot of you, but most of you have the same concerns, so I'm posting a FAQ of sorts.

    Starting...

    Now:
    -------------------------------------------------------

"In what way will you use what I say in my blogs?"

Here's a good way to think about it. Pretend like I'm a reporter and I'm interviewing you, except you're doing all the talking. If I use something you say, it'll be in the exact way a reporter uses quotes from people they interview.

"Will I still have ownership of my writings?"

Yes. You will retain 100% ownership of all your writings and full credit will be given to you if any of your material is used.

"You mentioned publishing. What do you mean?"

My hope is to have my findings published in a journal or even a book, but as of right now I don't have anything lined up. If I do get it published, nothing about your ownership will change.

"You sound cute. Are you single?"

    Are you?

    --End FAQ--

    ------------------------------------------------------

75% of those questions were actually asked. 69% of Americans eat the cake before the frosting. 6% of Americans have proposed over the phone. And 92.5% of the time I am awesome.

  • Hey everyone. This is kind of the home base for the "Hello, My Name is Nashville" project (I've got to think of a short way to say that. HMNIN sounds like a medical disease... any ideas?). The point is, you can post anything you want here, in the form of comments, and be sure that I'll read it. I would discourage you from posting comments here in place of blog entries on your site but I DO encourage referencing a particularly insightful or clever post you just made, just to give me a heads up. If you have questions you can either post them here or send them to my email.

If you are here by accident, then you probably have no idea what HMNIN is, but if you're here and you know what it is, welcome. This is the start of something big and you're a part of it.

Oh, and my name isn't Nashville. Let's get that out in the open from the get go. I'm Dale, but you can call me Dale. Now for my dramatic exit.

What is this?

  • This is a project called Hello, My Name is Nashville. Its purpose is to gain an accurate perspective of how Nashville residents think. This site is a home base of sorts where you can come if you have questions or concerns. A great way to reach me is my email, which is HelloMyNameIs@usa.com. My name's Dale and I'm glad you're here.
